摘要
从测量不确定度和不确定性原理的概念、来源、描述方式、应用领域等方面阐述了两者之间的不同,并描述了二者的辩证关系。结果表明,测量不确定度是测量统计学中描述测量结果(包括检测或校准结果)分散性的参数;不确定性原理来源于微观粒子的波粒二象性,是微观粒子的基本属性,与测量过程无关。二者是两个完全不同的概念,不能混为一谈。
The concept, source, description method, application field of measurement uncertainty and uncertainty principle were analyzed, both of the differences and dialectical relationship were described. The results showed that the measurement uncertainty was the dispersive parameters which described the measured results in measurement statistics(including test and calibration results). Uncertainty principle was derived from wave particle duality of microscopic particles. It was essential attribute of microscopic particles which had nothing to do with the measurement process. They were different concepts entirely and should not be confused.
