财经高校法治人才培养问题的再思考

Reconsideration on Cultivation of Talents under the Rule of Law in Colleges of Finance and Economics

在党的十八届四中全会提出创新法治人才培养机制的背景下,通过回顾财经高校法治人才培养的发展历程,思考"财经法治人才"培养问题,从跨学科知识融合与专业能力的培养、适应类型化人才培养的教材建设、与不同类型课程相匹配的教学方法尝试、重视教师实务操作能力的提高与学生实际操作能力的培养等方面提出对策建议。

With the innovation of talents training mechanism under the rule of law put forth at the 18 th Session of the CPC congress, this paper reviews the development history of the talents cultivation under the rule of law in colleges of finance and economics. Based on this, the paper considers the problem of the cultivation of ＂financial and economic talents under the rule of law＂, and then puts forward suggestions from the following aspects： interdisciplinary knowledge integration and special capability cultivation, developing textbook for specializing talents cultivation, trying new teaching methods attempts in line with diversified courses, and paying attention to improve practically operable capabilities of both teachers and students.
