氟哌噻吨美利曲辛与盐酸多塞平在心绞痛心理障碍患者中的临床应用价值分析

Clinical application value analysis of deanxit and doxepin hydrochloride in patients with angina pectoris of psychological disorder

目的探讨氟哌噻吨美利曲辛与盐酸多塞平在心绞痛心理障碍患者中的临床价值。方法选取我院近年收治的明确诊断的86例心绞痛心理障碍患者,随机分为观察组(氟哌噻吨美利曲辛)与参考组(盐酸多塞平),各为43例,治疗14 d后对两组患者心绞痛缓解情况、临床治疗效果进行观察,同时比较患者抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分。结果观察组心绞痛发作次数明显少于参考组(P<0.05),治疗总有效率显著大于参考组(P<0.05);相较治疗前两组患者SDS评分及SAS评分均出现显著下降(P<0.05),观察组下降程度明显大于参考组(P<0.05)。结论氟哌噻吨美利曲辛在治疗心绞痛同时能够有效缓解患者心理障碍,减少焦虑、抑郁症状,效果显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of deanxit and doxepin hydrochloride in patients with angina pectoris of psychological disorder. Methods 86 cases were randomly divided angina mental disorder diagnosed in our hospital in recent years were selected as observation group （deanxit） with the reference group （doxepin hydrochloride）, each of 43 cases, after 14d treatment for two patients of angina, clinical treatment effects were observed, at the same time compared with the self rating depression scale （SDS） score and self rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） score. Results The frequency of angina peetoris was significantly less than the reference group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, the total efficiency of treatment was significantly higher than the reference group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; compared with the two groups before treatment SDS score and SAS score were decreased significantly （ P 〈 0. 05）, the observation group decreased significantly than the reference group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Flupentixol melitracen in the treatment of angina pectoris and can effectively alleviate the mental disorders, reduce anxiety and depressive symptoms with significant effect.
