基层医院急诊护理管理引入绩效考核模式研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究绩效考核模式应用于基层医院急诊护理管理的价值。方法选择南朗医院等3家医院的急诊科护理人员60名为研究对象,比较分析2013年3月至2014年2月未进行绩效考核期间与2014年3月至2015年2月建立急诊科护士绩效考核指标实施绩效考核期间的护理质量。结果与实施前比较,绩效考核实施后基础护理质量、专科护理质量、医院感染控制、危重患者护理、患者满意度、护理文件书写质量与病房管理等方面均显著得到提高(P<0.05),患者对护理工作满意度更高(P<0.05),护理人员的护理差错率更低(P<0.05)。结论绩效考核模式可以促使护理人员自我成长与工作潜在能力的表现,进一步提高病人的满意度及社会满意度,值得临床推广与应用。 Objective To study the performance evaluation model applied to the management of emergency nursing in basic hospital. Methods 60 emergency department nurses of Nanlang Hospital and other hospitals as the research object, comparatively analyzed the performance evaluation index of emergency department nurses between February 2014 and March 2013 did not conduct a performance appraisal period and from February 2015 to March 2014 established the quality of nursing during the performance appraisal. Results Compared with the prior to the implementation, the implementation of performance appraisal after the basic nursing quality, nursing quality, nursing, hospital infection in critically ill patients, patient satisfaction, quality of nursing documentation and ward management and other aspects were improved significantly ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , patient satisfaction with nursing work ( P 〈 O. 05 ), nursing care rate was lower ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions Performance evaluation model can promote the performance of nursing staff's self growth and work potential, and further improve the patient's satisfaction and social satisfaction, it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
