人工胎盘技术的研究现状与展望

摘要 呼吸功能不全是威胁早产儿生命的主要原因,对于出生胎龄小于28周的超早产儿(extremely low gestational age newborns,ELGANs)和(或)出生体重不足1 000 g的超低出生体重儿(extremely low birth weight infants,ELBWIs)更是如此.目前,ELGANs和ELBWIs的病死率和致残率高达30%~50%,基本上都与呼吸功能不全有关.
