某院护理科研现状调研结果分析与评价

Analysis and Evaluation of the Status Quo of Nursing Research in a Hospital Based on the WeChat Investigation

目的通过微信群向临床护士发放关于临床护理科研现状的调查问卷,进行结果分析,评价护理科研现状,并指导下一阶段科研培训工作的开展。方法将护理科研现状调研的全部内容通过问卷网转换成电子版形式,利用微信群平台向全院临床护士发放问卷。结果参与微信问卷调研的护士614名,占全院护士总数的86%。数据真实可信,能够反映护理人员的科研现状。结论采用微信平台进行科研现状调研不但节省人力物力,还避免临床护士工作与填写问卷的时间冲突。护理科研现状不容乐观,存在科研意识不强、科研知识不足、缺乏行之有效的激励与约束机制、人员流动性大等问题,是影响护理科研工作开展的重要因素。

Objective To evaluate the status quo of nursing research of the hospital and to guide the nurs-ing research training in the future by investigating and analyzing the status quo of nursing research through question -naires distributed on WeChat Groups .Methods Convert the content of the questionnaires on nursing research into digital version and distribute them to all the clinical nurses through WeChat Groups .Results 614 nurses （86%） participated in the WeChat investigation and returned valid questionnaires .The data collected is authentic and can represent the research status of the hospital .Conclusion The WeChat investigation could save both human and material resources and could avoid the conflict between the clinical nurses＇busy work and their time to finish the in-vestigation .The nurses＇research status is not so optimistic .Such factors as limited research motivation , insufficient research knowledge , lack of effective stimulating and constraining mechanisms , and high staff mobility are obstacles in nursing research .
