The Exploration of International Quality Cultivation of Military Medical College Cadets

本文根据新形势下军队遂行国际性军事任务特点,依据学员能力素质培养的一般规律,通过调查军队医学院校生长学员在国际化素质培养方面存在的问题,提出提高军队医学院校生长学员国际化素质对策,力求为军队医学院校在生长学员国际化素质培养方面提供借鉴。

On the basis of the characteristics of international military operation of the army under the new circumstances and in accordance with the general rule of cadets＇capability and quality cultivation , this paper analy-zes the problems of international quality cultivation of military medical college cadets at present , proposes some countermeasures to improve the military medical college cadets＇international quality and attempts to provide valua-ble theories and countermeasure for the international quality cultivation of military medical college cadets .
