摘要
目的探讨基于优质护理的保障联席会的应用效果。方法 2014年10月—2015年6月,由护理主管院长与后勤主管院长共同牵头、院办召集,每季度召开1次基于优质护理的保障联席会,临床护理单元与保障部门负责人对存在的问题共同讨论、分析。比较分析联席会召开前后各类问题解决的及时性、临床护士对保障部门的服务满意率。结果基于优质护理的保障联席会实施前后,临床护理单元反馈问题的解决率分别为75.74%和90.61%,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=13.974,P=0.000);实施联席会后,临床护理单元反馈问题解决的及时性以及临床护士对保障部门服务态度、服务质量的满意率均较实施联席会前明显提升,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于优质护理的保障联席会的召开,提高保障部门工作质量和效率,得到临床护士的肯定,有力保障医院优质护理工作的持续深入开展。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of joint meeting to guarantee high quality care .Meth-ods From October 2014 to June 2015, joint meeting to guarantee high quality care was held every 3 months, led by the deans in charge of logistics and nursing , and was convened by the administrative office .The existing prob-lems were analyzed and discussed by the directors of the departments of clinical care and of the logistic support . The timeliness of the solution and satisfaction rate of clinical nurses were compared before and after the joint meet -ing.Results The problem solving rates before and after the joint meeting were 75.74%and 90.61%respective-ly.The difference was statistically significant (χ2 =13.974,P=0.000).After the joint meeting, the timeliness of the solution and satisfaction rate of clinical nurses were significantly improved than before (P〈0.05).Conclusion The quality and efficiency of logistic departments is improved and recognized by clinical nurses , and thus further implementation of high quality care service is guaranteed .
