Study on New Approaches of Political and Ideological Education for Postgraduates in Military Medical Universities Based on the Characteristic of Openness

政治思想工作是军医大学研究生培养的重要环节,从教学、管理、信息和地域的开放性等不同角度,分析在政治思想建设中面临的挑战与考验。结合教育管理实际和时代规律特点,提出以"大政工"理念为统领,从思想上宏观调控;以"互联网+"理念为载体,从方法上推陈出新;以"供给侧"理念为牵引,从内容上有的放矢地加强军医大学研究生政治思想工作的新路径。

The political and ideological education is the primary task in the process of cultivating postgrad-uates in military medical universities .This paper analyzes the challenges in the political and ideological develop-ment from the perspectives of educational , managerial , informational and regional openness .By combining the present situation of education and management with the rules and features of the new era , this paper proposes a new approach of political and ideological education for postgraduates in military medical universities , that is, to proceed macroscopic guide over ideology with the concept of “comprehensive political work”, to bring forth new methods through the old ones with the concept of “Internet Plus” as a carrier , and to form targeted educational contents guided by the concept of “Supply Side”.
