基于产业转移视角的职业教育专业群建设研究——以湘南承接产业转移示范区为例

Research on the Construction of the Vocational Major Group Based on the Industrial Transfer——A Case Study of Industrial Transfer in Southern Part of Hunan Province

职业教育专业群与产业群协同发展是产教融合的新机制、新模式。在当前以产业链转移为特色的国际国内产业梯度转移中,为有效承接产业转移,实现产业转型升级,必须充分发挥职业教育的服务与引领作用。以湘南产业转移示范区为例,结合示范区内各地市,尤其是核心区域衡阳市专业群建设的实际情况,分析产教融合模式,探讨职业教育专业群与产业群协同发展的路径与对策。

The coordination between vocational major group and the industry group will form the new mechanism and the new model of the fusion between the industry and education. At present, it must give full play to vocational education service and leading role for undertaking industrial transfer effectively and industrial transformation and upgrading in the international and domestic industrial gradient transfer which are characterized by chain industrial transfer.Combining the real situation which the major groups structured around all the cities in the demonstration area , it takes demonstration area of undertaking industrial transfer in southern of Hunan as an example , especially the core area of Hengyang city, to analyzed the model of the fusion school and enterprises and discussed the path and the strategy to coordination between vocational education major groups and industrial groups.
