关于构建高职院校“五位一体”内部质量保障体系的研究

Construction of One-in-five Assurance System for Internal Quality in Higher Vocational Colleges

现行的高职院校内部质量保障体系主要是为了迎合外部评估而逐步建立起来的,随着科技的突飞猛进和经济的迅速发展,此体系逐渐暴露出一些弊端,越来越难以适应高职院校特色发展与内涵式建设的需要。当前,我国应该借鉴发达国家高职院校内部质量保障体系的经验,从保障环境、保障目标、保障主体、保障对象和保障手段等五个方面着手构建起具有中国特色的"五位一体"质量保障体系,从而实现高职院校内部质量保障体系由外塑型向内生型转变。

The current internal quality assurance system in higher vocational colleges is gradually built to cater to the external evaluation. With the rapid development of science and technology by leaps and bounds, economy, before this, China should learn experiences of the developed countries of higher vocational colleges in internal quality assurance system, and build one-in-five quality guarantee system with Chinese characteristics from five aspects such as environmental protection, security objectives, subject of security, security object and means, in order to achieve the modeling endogenous type re-layout for internal quality guarantee system in higher vocational colleges.
