中职土木工程专业教师专业能力构成调研分析 被引量:2

摘要 《中等职业学校教师专业标准(试行)》已于2013年9月20日起施行,但以此为基础的中等职业学校各专业方向的教师能力标准尚无国家级文件颁布,这对于专业方向日益丰富的中职学校而言是一个亟待解决的问题。通过对全国25个省市79所开设有土木工程相关专业的中等职业学校的教师开展调研,可以据此提出土木工程专业教师的专业能力分类,以期为教师专业能力标准的制定提供一定的参考。 "Secondary Vocational School Teachers" Professional Standards (Trial) "has been conducted since September 20, 2013. Meanwhile, there is no national files about teachers" ability standards of secondary vocational schools, which is a problem demanding prompt solution. This essay puts forward a classification about the civil engineering teachers' professional abilities through the research about 79 secondary vocational schools those offering the civil engineering majors in 25 provinces in China, in hope of providing some reference in the procedure of establishing teachers' ability standards.
