高职院校教师关键能力构成与培养策略研究

Research on Teachers' Key Com petency and Building Strategy in Higher Vocational Colleges

教师关键能力培养是高职院校适应产业转型升级和现代职业教育体系建设的必然要求,也是学生发展和教师成长的必然要求。根据高职教育的实际及发展趋势,提出了高职院校教师应具备的六种关键能力和教师关键能力培养机制以及项目驱动式的教师关键能力培养策略。

Teachers＇ key competency building is not only necessary for higher vocational colleges to adapt to industrial transition and upgrading as well as modem vocational education system construction, but also a requisite for students＇ development and teachers＇growth. Based on the actual situation and development trend of higher vocational education, the paper puts forward six key competencies that higher vocational college teachers should possess, key competeneies＇ building mechanism and project-driven style key competencies building strategy.
