摘要
学徒制作为职业院校培养人才的一种模式,在实践上有一定的局限性,并非所有的专业都适合采用学徒制模式。目前,我国的学徒制还存在课程设置技能不突出,企业参与不积极,行业协会的作用被弱化等问题,在移植的过程中有全盘照搬的倾向,学徒制的实施缺乏通盘的考虑。实施学徒制,应完善相关制度法律,重视行业(职业)教学指导委员会的作用,建立师资培训中心和大师工作室,建立国家职业资格框架体系等。
As a mode of training talents in vocational colleges, apprenticeship mode has some limitations in practice, for not all of the majors are suitable for the use of it. At present, apprenticeship ha ssome problems in our country, such as limited curriculum design for skills, inactive participation of enterprises and the weakening of the role of industry associations. In the process of transplanting there is the tendency of complete copy , and lack of overall consideration for the implementation of apprenticeship. The implementation of apprenticeship should improve the relevant system of law, pay attention to the role of industry (vocational) teaching and guiding committee, establish teacher training centers and master studio, and establish national vocational qualification framework.
