Ultrasonography in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant endometrial lesions in postmenopausal women

摘要 目前在超声领域常用的评价子宫内膜的检查方法包括阴式超声、腔内声学造影及静脉超声造影,本文简要介绍此3种方法的操作过程、局限性及在子宫内膜良恶性病变鉴别诊断中的优、缺点. The transvaginal ultrasonography,sonohyterography and intravenous contrast-enhanced ultrasonography are main ultrasonographic methods in evaluation of endometrial lesions.This article introduces the procedures,limitations,advantages and disadvantages of these three ultrasonographic methods in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant endometrial lesions in postmenopausal women.
