摘要
真空绝热板(Vacuum Insulation Panel,简称VIP)是基于真空绝热原理,将内部粉末芯材抽真空后,由外部的表面隔膜直接热封而成一种高效保温材料。真空绝热板技术是目前国内外绝热节能技术的最热门研究方向之一。VIP的使用寿命对其节能效果有着至关重要的影响,该文针对影响其使用寿命的因素进行了系统地归纳总结。具体分析了表面隔膜的结构、气体、水蒸气渗透、内部芯材放气、吸气剂吸附气体以及其他环境因素对使用寿命的影响,并论述了使用寿命理论模型的研究情况。
The vacuum insulation panel (VIP) is typically made of a micro-'porous core structure which is evacuated and sealed in a thin mostly gas tight envelope.Vacuum Insulation Panel technology is one of the most popular research directions in energy conservation from the perspective of thermal insulation.The service life has crucial influences on the effect of energy saving, in light of this point, the factors affecting service life were comprehensively summarized in this paper. The factors including the structure of the film barrier,the permeability of gas and water vapor, the outgassing characteristics of core materials, getters and other environmental factors were discussed in detail. In addition, the theoretical models for the service life were introduced.
