运用文献资料法等方法,对中华人民共和国全国运动会人才诉求的发展进行归纳总结,探索出现阶段全国运动会体育文化传承对人才诉求的基本趋势。通过对历届全国运动会的体育文化传承理念的理解,对人才的发展、人才的需求、人才的选择和人才的培养进行深入的研究,使国民对体育文化传承精神的人才问题进行重新审视,对体育文化传承的人才诉求进行探讨,形成具体理论观点,为全运会文化发展做出贡献。

This article using the method of literature, summarizes the development of talent demands of the National Games in China, explores on the basic trend of talent demand of the sports culture of the National Games in the current stage, through an in-depth study on the understanding of concept, talent development, talent demand, talent selection and talent cultivation of the sports cultural heritage of the previous National Games, makes people review on the talents of the heritage of sports culture spirit, discusses the heritage talent of the sports cultural, and forms the specific theories, to make contribution to the cultural development of the National Games.
