摘要
以高校优秀游泳运动员为对象,设计100米主项赛前不下水准备活动方案,并在某次比赛时实施。监测并对比分析赛前正常准备活动与不下水准备活动前、中、后心率、血乳酸及比赛成绩,探讨无场地条件下如何利用赛前陆上准备活动调动运动员机体潜力,达到最佳竞技效果。
Targeting excellent swimmers from colleges and universities, this scheme is tailored for major lO0-metre events and employed during matches, under which circumstances, in the meantime, swimmers' heart rates and blood lactic acid value shall be constantly monitored before, during and after the match, then analyzed and compared with those data (including the match results) during those matches when swimmers do with conventional ones. Then it focuses on how to execute on-shore warm-up scheme (when swimming-pool is not accessible before match), so as to tap swimmers' potential to reach their best competitiveness.
