摘要
通过武术课教学对体质弱势大学生自我效能感的实证研究得出以下结果:第一,武术课教学对体质弱势大学生自我效能感的课前、课后的相互作用比较明显(p<0.05)。第二,体质弱势大学生自我效能感有着显著性变化(p<0.001)。结论:武术课教学对提高体质弱势大学生的自我效能感有很好的效果。
According to the study of the traditional martial arts class of physique weak undergraduate students ,the author comes to the conclusion that : Firstly, the comparison of the traditional martial arts class of physique weak self-efficacy of college students before class, after class is obvious interaction (p 〈0.05). Secondly, physique disadvantaged students self-efficacy has significant difference (P 〈0.001). It is concluded that the traditional martial arts class can improve the physique weak the self-efficacy of college students have very good effect.
