This paper aiming to explore new ways of ＂excellent teacher＂ training in China by using methods of literature and expert interviews, carries out in-depth study on ＂Excellent Teacher＂ training mode in the United States, UK, Japan, Germany and other countries. The successful experience of ＂excellent teacher＂ training in other countries is seriously summarized to inspire us on such training in China.
