摘要
我国地方院校体育专业人才培养存在培养目标不明确、培养内容与社会需求之间错位、培养课程设置单一、培养文化环境封闭以及培养模式僵化等现状。校企合作共同培养地方院校体育专业人才对学生、地方院校、企业以及地方经济等的发展等都具有重要的意义。应从创新教育理念、创建实践教学基地与市场接轨、优化培养课程设置、加强校园文化建设以及构建培养模式多元化等途径加强校企合作培养体育专业人才。
Local colleges in China have problems in cultivating sports professionals such as cultivating objectives being not clear, the cultivating content and the social demand being not inconsistent, Cultivating courses cover being not broad and closed social environment and the cultivating mode being rigid. Cooperation between school and enterprise plays a significant role for students, local colleges, enterprises and local economy. Cooperation should be strengthened in cultivating sports professionals from various ways such as innovation in the educational concepts, establishing teaching practice bases according to market requirement, optimizing the cultivating curriculum, strengthen the construction of campus culture and the construction of cultivating mode diversely.
