独立学院体育教师专业标准体系的探索性研究——以湖北民族学院科技学院为例

Exploratory Research on the Professional Standards System of PE teachers in Independent Colleges——A case study on institute of science and technology, Hubei institute for nationalities

梳理国内外体育教师专业发展及其制定标准情况,结合湖北民族学院科技学院体育教师现状,从体育教师专业发展角度出发,分析构建体育教师专业标准的必要性,初步探讨构建湖北民族学院科技学院体育教师专业标准体系的途径,提高体育教师专业水平,促进其专业化发展,不断规范体育课堂教学。

This paper reviews the domestic and international sports teachers＇ professional development and its standards, together with the present situation of PE teachers in institute of science and technology, Hubei institute for nationalities, from the angle of the PE teachers＇ professional development, the author analyzes the necessity of building PE teachers＇ professional standards, preliminarily discusses about building PE teachers＇ professional standards system in institute of science and technology, Hubei institute for nationalities, to improve PE teachers＇ professional level, promote their professional development, and constantly standardize the classroom teaching of PE.
