摘要
笔者通过研究马来酸酐装置吸收塔的操作性能,确定了塔顶温度、塔压及吸收剂中的水含量对马来酸酐吸收效率影响,控制塔顶温度72.5℃,塔顶压力125 k Pa,贫油水含量0.6%时,吸收塔塔顶MAH损耗降低至0.18%,塔釜MAH收率提高至99.82%。
By study on the operating performance of the absorber in MAH process,it was found that maleic anhydride absorption efficiency was affected by a series of factors. To control the absorber overhead temperature at72. 5 ℃,a pressure at 1. 25 bar,water percentage at 0. 6% in the lean oil( DBP),the MAH losses at the Absorber overhead could be lowered to 0. 18%,bringing the MAH yield at the absorber bottom up to 99. 82%.
