四川江油石英砂岩制备高纯硅微粉试验研究 被引量:3

Experimental Study on the Preparation of High Purity Silicon Powder with Quartz Sandstone from Jiangyou Sichuan Province

摘要 以四川江油石英砂岩为原料制备电工级硅微粉,采用ICP、SEM等岩矿分析测试手段对其矿物学特征和杂质赋存状态进行了详细研究,采用球磨擦洗-酸浸工艺,探讨了球磨转速、时间和矿浆质量分数对磨矿提纯效果的影响。结果表明,江油石英砂岩质地纯净,Al_2O_3、Fe_2O_3等少量杂质赋存于黏土矿物中,在球磨时间80 min,转速600 r/min,矿浆质量分数50%的优化条件下湿法细磨提纯,获得擦洗精砂d小于等于50μm的累积产率大于等于82%,精砂w(SiO_2)大于等于99.76%,并经酸浸处理获得w(SiO_2)为99.95%的高纯硅微粉,高于电子行业标准SJ/T 10675-2002的要求。 To produce electrical grade silica powder with quartz sandstone from Jiangyou in Sichuan province, its mineralogical characteristics and occurrence state of impurities were researched by ICP, SEM and other rock analysis test methods. The purifying process, involving ball friction wash and acid leaching, and it was investigated that the effect of the ball mill speed, time and pulp density on purification. The results show that the quartz sandstone is pure, and tiny amounts of impurities, such as A1203, Fe203, occur in clay minerals. The quartz sandstone was gringded in wet purification method under the condition of 80 min of ball mill, the rotating speed of 600 r/min, 50% of the pulp density and the cumulative yield of d≤50 μm is more than 82%, w(SiO2)〉99.76%. After the acid leaching process, high purity silicon powder was obtained and its w(SiO2) reached 99.95%, whicfi exceeded the electronic industry standard SJ/T 10675-2002.
