摘要
采用正交试验研究了氯化钡和铝酸盐水泥复掺改性石膏复合胶凝材料的力学性能、吸水率和耐水性,并分析了改性机理。结果表明,水膏比为0.53,氯化钡掺量为10%,铝酸盐水泥掺量为20%时,石膏复合胶凝材料28 d抗折软化系数最高;水膏比为0.53,氯化钡掺量为10%,铝酸盐水泥掺量为25%时,石膏复合胶凝材料28 d抗压软化系数最高。通过XRD和SEM分析可知,复掺改性剂可以改变其微观形貌,并没有使晶体结构密实。
By adopting the method of orthogonal test, the mechanical properties, water absorption and water-resistant property of composite cementitious based on modified gypsum by barium chloride and aluminate cement were studied. The results showed that when the ratio of water to binder was 0.53, barium chloride was 10%, aluminate cement was 20%, its softening coefficient of flexural reached the highest. Moreover, when the ratio of water to binder was 0.53, barium chloride was 10% and aluminate cement was 25%, its softening coefficient of compressive reached the highest. The analysis on XRD and SEM showed that the modifiers can change microstructures, but can't densify the crystal structure.
