摘要
云南某黄磷厂富存的细粒级矿粉品位低,无法直接利用,通过筛析结果得知,-0.025 mm粒级矿有用矿物P_2O_5含量相对偏低,而倍半氧化物(Fe_2O_3+Al_2O_3)杂质含量较高,集中浮选矿浆发黏,无法分选;采用粗、细粒级分级浮选,并分别采用适当的入选质量分数,可以有效避免细粒级矿对浮选的干扰,得到理想的浮选指标。
AYellow phosphorus factory deposits a amount of fine phosphate ores powder in Yunnan Province. The grade of the mineral powder is low, it's difficult to apply directly. Through sieving, finding the P205 grade is lower in 0.025 mm, and the content of sesquioxide(Fe2O3+Al2O3) is higher, so the mineral pulp is sticky, flotation can not concentrate the fine mineral powder efficiently. Applying classification flotation of coarse fraction and fine fraction and the optimized pulp density could avoid the interference of fine mineral powder in flotation and gets the better flotation indexes.
