摘要
设计了一种茶芽叶压揉成球装置。为了实现茶芽叶半自动压揉成球工序,该装置利用主电机以及锥齿轮组换向作用,将扭矩传至带有内凹槽的压头上,实现工序的"揉";利用步进电机带动蜗杆涡轮、齿轮齿条推动压条向下运动,实现工序的"压"。通过控制模具盘运动,将成品茶球倒入收集筐。至此完成一次工序,之后重复工作。为了提高装置的生产效率和可靠性,利用大斜齿轮带动多个套筒工作,设计曲柄滑块机构来防止模具盘受弯矩时过度变形。该装置适用于小批量茶芽叶成球加工。
A type pressure massage device which designed for tea-leaf bead. It can achieve the semi-automatic operation. With the influence of main-motor and pairs of bevel gear, this device can transport the torque into pressure head with inner groove to knead the tea-leaf. Beside, with the influence of stepper motor, worm turbine, gear and rack, it can also achieve the process of pressure. The work was accomplished after pouring the tea-leaf into collection basket with the command of plate and then repeats such work again. What's more, the device's produce efficiency and reliability can be improved with the help of helical gears and slider-crank mechanism. This device can be utilized for little batch processing of the tea-leaf forming.
