摘要
通过对比以前的除雪和除冰设备,设计了城市道路破冰清雪设备的关键部件,对其进行了功率的计算,并对其机架进行了静力学分析和模态分析,通过分析结果对机架进行改进,得到最优方案。该破冰清雪与其他破冰清雪设备相比,有效减小刀具对路面的损伤,并且有一定辅助推雪的作用,该设备传动可靠平稳、噪音低、升降灵活、高度调节范围大。该破冰清雪设备类似金属切削加工中的圆柱铣刀铣削,路面冰雪被一层层分离破碎,有利于城市硬质冰雪的清除,从而提高了破冰率。
In the paper, comparing the previous devices of breaking-ice and snow remover, we design the critical component of urban roads equipment breaking-ice and snow remover, carrying out the power calculation for the equipment and analysis of static and modal for the frame.Through the analysis results, we improve the frame to get the optimal solution. Compared with the other devices of ice-breaking, this equipment can effectively reduce the damage to the surface of road, and have the role of auxiliary driving snow. The transmission of equipment is reliable steady, low noise, flexible, and large range of height adjustment. The design of device of breaking-ice and snow remover is similar to the cylindrical milling cutter of metal cutting processing. Layers of snow and ice was separated, which is conducive to the clearance of city hard snow and ice to improve the rate of ice-breaking.
