摘要 针对影响永磁调速器性能的自身体积、涡流损耗及轴向力三个主要目标进行综合考虑,采用罚函数法建立永磁调速器主要设计参数与目标函数之间关系的优化数学模型,实现对永磁调速器主要设计参数的优化。优化设计后的结果与传统设计相比,在保持永磁调速器所要求传递转矩的同时,可以有效减少其自身体积,降低涡流损耗和轴向力,提高了其使用范围、传动效率并可降低检修频率。 Comprehensive consideration for their own size, eddy current loss and the axial force, the three main objectives which affect the performance of the permanent governor, the establishment of optimal mathematical model about the relationship between the permanent governor main design parameters and objective function penalty function method, optimize the permanent governor main design parameters. Optimization results after the design compared to traditional design, while maintaining the permanent governor delivered the desired torque can be effectively reduced its volume, reduce eddy current loss and the axial force to improve its use, and transmission efficiency can reduce maintenance frequency.
