摘要 手术机器人是一种智能外科手术工具,借助精确的干预措施、本体结构和智能控制系统等技术的突破解放医生的手和眼,提高临床操作准确性和手术成功率。目前手术机器人已广泛应用于神经外科、腹腔外科、胸外科、骨外科、眼科、耳鼻喉、血管介入及颅面外科等医疗中。本文从功能模块、定位导航等关键技术、国内外医疗手术机器人发展、趋势等方面对手术机器人的发展概况进行了介绍。 Surgical robot is a smart surgical tool. It can replace the doctor's hand and eyes,improve the accuracy of clinical operations and surgical success rate bv means of more precise interventions,body structure and intelligent control syslems as well as the technology breakthrough. Currently surgical robot has been widely used in neurosurgery surgery,ab- dominal surgery, thoracic surgery, orthopaedicsurgery, ophthahnology deparlment, ear, nose and throal, vascular intervention, craniofacial surgery and so on. The following aspects of the development of medical surgical robots are reviewed with func- tional modules, positicming arid navigation, and other key technologies, domestic and international medical surgical robot de- velopment trends and so on.
