摘要
研究细化剂TiB_2和金属元素Cu对过共晶Al-18Si合金显微硬度、切削力、断屑性能的影响,并进一步探究背吃刀量、进给量、切削速度对过共晶Al-18Si合金切削力影响的显著性。试验结果表明,细化剂TiB_2能够提高过共晶Al-18Si合金基体的显微硬度,提高合金的断屑性能,减小合金的切削力。金属元素Cu虽然能够提高合金的断屑性能,减小合金的切削力,但却降低了合金细化晶粒后的显微硬度。背吃刀量、进给量、切削速度对过共晶Al-18Si合金的切削力的影响均不显著。
The effect of refiner TiB2 and metal elements Cu, added to the hypereutectic Al - 18Si alloy, on microhard- ness, cutting force and chipbreaking performance of hypereutectic Al - 18Si alloy was investigated, and the effect signifi- cance of the depth ,feed rate and cutting speed on cutting force of hypereutectic Al - 18Si alloy was further investigated. The results show that, TiB2 can increase the microhardness of hypereutectic Al - 18Si alloy base, improve the chipbreaking per- formance, and reduce the cutting force. Cu can improve the chipbreaking performance, and reduce the cutting force,while it decreases the microhardness of grain refining on alloy. The effect of the depth, feed rate and cutting speed on cutting force of hypereutectic Al - 18Si alloy are not significant.
