摘要
网络时代标志着图书馆工作将进入一个全新的发展时期，变革与传统将同时存在，专业院校图书馆从培养服务工作的角度应就其发展趋势，自身存在的问题，及时采取应对措施。
The network times marks a new development era for libraries. Therefore, there is conflict between innovation and tradition. The paper states the tendency of the development of reader service system in collegiate libraries, analyzing the situation of libraries at the present time, indicating the existing problems and the effective measures.
