研究目的:了解西安市暑期少儿游泳培训的工作现状,归纳培训中存在的问题,最终提出对策和建议。研究方法:文献资料法、实地调查法、专家访谈法及逻辑分析法。研究结果:西安市少儿游泳培训1市场管理体制不完善,场馆开办存在不备案情况,随意性较强2教练员队伍整体能力水平不高,且差距较大,教练员招聘制度无统一规定,无证上岗现象比较严重3场馆设施还存在不完善情况,水质卫生较差,达不到规定标准4教练员数量与日益增长的学员人数不成正比,师资队伍较紧缺,教学任务较重,教学内容和形式较单调5暑期游泳培训中安全隐患主要来源于4个方面。

Objective： Understanding the current work of the summer children＇s swimming training in Xi ＇ an, summarizing the problems existing in the training, finally the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. Methods： Literature review, questionnaire investigation, expert interview and logical analysis. Results： （1） The market management system is imperfect, the venue is not open for the record and out of control. （2） The overall Ievel of the coach team is not high, and the gap is bigger, the coaches recruitment system has no unified regulation, are seriously without card mount guard. （3） Facilities condition is not perfect, quality of water cannot meet the prescribed standard. （4） The coach number is out of step with the growing number of students, the teacher troop is shortage, teaching task is heavy, teaching content and form is monotonous. （5） Security risk in the summerswimming training mainly comes from four aspects.
