摘要
为提高出砂油井同心双管水力喷射携砂采油工艺设计参数的合理性,有效防止出砂油井在生产过程中砂粒沉积,避免油井出现砂卡、砂埋现象。以砂粒水动力学为依据,通过室内实验分析,建立了砂粒等价水动力粒径与筛析粒径直线关系式,并根据砂粒自由沉降规律,分析出了不同颗粒直径砂粒在井筒中的自由沉降速度,然后对比井筒混合液向上流速,判断出油井是否会出现沉砂。结果表明:建立的砂粒自由沉降速度模型可用于直井、斜井和水平井的砂粒自由沉降速度分析,能为港西油田出砂油井同心双管水力喷射携砂采油工艺参数的优化设计提供技术支撑。
In order to improve the rationality of the design parameters for concentric double hydraulic pump production technology, to prevent sand deposition in the process of production and avoid oil sand and sand burying. This paper, through indoor experimental analysis, established the linear re- lation of equivalent hydrodynamic diameter and sieve analysis diameter. According to the laws of the sand free settling, the paper analyzed the different particle diameter of free settling velocity of sand in the wellbore, then compared with the mixture upwards velocity in the wellbore, and determined whether the well will be grit. The result shows that this model can be used to analyze sand free set- tling velocity of oil-producing vertical wells, deviated wells and horizontal wells. It can provide tech- nical support for concentric double hydraulic pump production technology optimization of parameters for sand producing wells in Gangxi oilfield.
