摘要
泵压作为修井作业中的重要参数,在钻杆接头外径与套管内径环空间隙属于小间隙的情况下,其理论值与实际值往往相差很大。利用一般算法(忽略接头)、标准算法和小间隙算法对施工井泵压进行预测,并与实测泵压进行对比,得出小间隙算法更适合用于计算钻杆接头处的环空压耗。通过在BS23井的现场应用对比,三种算法中小间隙算法相对误差小于5%能更加精确地预测泵压。
As an important parameter in workover operations,pump pressure' s theoretical value dif- fers largely from actual value under the condition that the outer diameter of tool joint and casing inner annular clearance are small gaps. Using the general algorithm (ignoring joint) , standard algorithm and small gaps algorithm to predict the well pump pressure, and compared with the measured pump pressure, the small gap algorithm is found more suitable for computing drill tool joints annular pres- sure loss. Considering the tool joint and preferred calculation methods can more accurately predict the pump pressure, and provide a reliable basis for field operations.
