摘要
设计了一种内燃机气道稳流试验台的定位装置,实现对各种常见尺寸缸盖进行横向和纵向的精确定位,避免了传统的通过手动画线定位方式带来的较大定位误差,大大加快了缸盖的定位速度,降低了劳动强度,并提高了试验结果的可靠度和一致性。
To avoid larger positioning error of marking-out positioning using traditional way by hand, a kind of positioner of intake port steady flow test bench for internal combustion engine was de- signed. The horizontal and vertical positioning of cylinder head with various common size can be pre- cisely located, which greatly accelerated the speed of cylinder head positioning, reduced the labor intensity, and improved reliability and consistency of the results.
