摘要
双燃料发动机排放在很大程度上由掺烧比决定,作者分别对发动机燃用纯柴油和柴油/LNG双燃料进行台架试验,测试不同的掺烧比对电控共轨柴油引燃LNG发动机的影响,研究结果发现:随着掺烧比的增大,油耗有所降低;随着转速的升高,油耗在低负荷下时有所升高,而在中高负荷工况下,油耗率降低;柴油引燃LNG发动机HC与CO排放劣于纯柴油模式,且HC随着掺烧比的增大而增大、CO则反之。
The emissions of dual-fuel engine are decided by mixed burning ratio to a big extent. This paper respectively makes bench tests on the engines burning pure diesel and diesel / LNG dual-fuel to test the affects of different mixed burning ratios on LNG engine ignited by common rail diesel with electronic control. The results show that,with the increase of mixed burning ratio,the fuel consumption reduces; with the increase of speed,fuel consumption increases under the low load condition,while the fuel consumption rate reduces in middle or high load condition; HC and CO emissions of LNG engine ignited by diesel are worse than those with pure diesel pattern,and HC will increase but CO decrease with the increase of mixed burning ratio.
