Making of Talents Training Scheme in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Professional Ability Training

培养高素质技能型专门人才是高等职业院校的人才培养目标,遵循以职业能力培养为主线的人才培养模式,制订科学合理的人才培养方案是实现这一目标的根本保证。从人才培养方案制定的指导思想、基本原则、"平台+模块"基本框架及制订与执行管理等方面论述构建突出职业能力培养的高等职业院校人才培养模式的基本方案。

The cultivation of skilled talents with high quality is a goal of talents training in higher vocational colleges. The making of scientific and reasonable talents training scheme is the fundamental guarantee for achieving this goal by keeping professional ability training as the main line in talents training mode. This paper discusses the basic scheme of talents straining mode in higher vocational colleges from the guiding ideology,basic principles,basic framework of ＂ platform＋module＂ as well as establishment and implementing management of the talents training scheme.
