基于专业化视角浅析高校辅导员的理论素质建设

A Discussion on College Counselors' Theoretical Quality Construction Based on Professional Perspective

辅导员作为高校教师队伍的重要组成部分,在学生管理工作中起着至关重要的作用,是各大高校开展学生思想教育工作的骨干力量,辅导员队伍建设成效直接关乎学生管理及思想教育工作的实施成效,因此建设一批高素质辅导员尤为重要,本文结合高校辅导员的实际工作情况,分析在辅导员队伍建设过程中,加强专业化发展及理论素养养成的重要性,强调队伍建设必须立足专业化发展,在工作实践中不断加强自身理论素养。

Counselors as an important part of teachers in colleges and universities play a vital role in the student management work,they are the backbones in carrying out students’ ideological education work in colleges and universities,the effect of counselors’ team construction is directly related to the implementation of student management and ideological education work,so it is particularly important to train a number of counselors with high qualify. This paper,combining with college counselors’ actual situation,analyzes the importance of strengthen professional development and theoretical accomplishment formation in the construction of counselors team,emphasizing that the team construction must base on professional development and strengthen their theoretical attainments in practical work.
