摘要
国有企业中层管理者是企业不可或缺的宝贵人才,为了留住这些人才,就必须构建能让其满意的薪酬体系。文章从薪酬结构、薪酬构成比例和薪酬满意度等方面论述了国有企业中层管理者薪酬现状,认为目前国有企业中层管理者薪酬主要存在垂直与水平薪酬差距不合理、薪酬各组成部分比例不合理、缺少长期激励薪酬和非货币性激励制度等问题,进而提出了有针对性的措施,以完善国有企业中层管理者薪酬体系。
Middle-level managers of state-owned enterprises are indispensably valuable talents. In order to hold them,a salary system which is satisfactory for them should be built. The paper discusses the status of middle-level managers’ salary in Chinese state-owned enterprises from salary structure,salary constitution and salary satisfaction,considering that the current salary system has some problems such as unreasonable vertical and horizontal salary gaps,improper proportion of the salary components,lack of long-term incentive salary and non-monetary incentive systems. Furthermore,it gives some targeted measures to improve the salary system for middlelevel managers in state-owned enterprises.
