The tax service,as an important part of utilities management and key business of tax departments,attracts much attention.From the view of local tax,tax service faces function upgrading and business transition,so it is necessary to build a new tax service system,which can make reasonable positioning and planning,improve the quality of tax service staff,carry forward＂network＋tax service＂,improve tax service propaganda efficiency,perfect taxpayers’ right maintaining mechanism,so as to promote the sustained and healthy development of local tax career.
