中韩FTA对环渤海地区经济发展的影响分析

Sino-South Korea FTA's Impact on the Economic Development of the Bohai Rim Region

中韩两国隔海相望,长期保持着良好的贸易伙伴关系,再加上韩国投资环境良好,政局相对稳定,且新政府出台了一系列有利于外商投资的政策措施,使得中韩的双边贸易关系日益稳固,经贸合作拥有巨大的发展潜力。中韩两国就关于建立自贸区的相关协定已经结束了实质性的谈判。中韩自贸协定的签署及自贸区建设的进展意味着两国经济关系即将发生质的飞跃。与此同时,中韩FTA的建立为环渤海经济区带来了前所未有的发展机遇。因此,研究中韩自贸区与环渤海地区之间的经济关系,分析它们的发展特点,基于GTAP模型预测未来的发展趋势,对环渤海地区的产业布局调整及经济发展规划等不无裨益。

Economic and trade cooperation between China and South Korea has a huge potential for development.China and South Korea finally ended up substantive negotiations on the relevant agreements on the establishment of the FTA in the November of 2014. China and South Korea FTA and the progress in free trade zone development mean that the qualitative leap in the upcoming bilateral economic relations. Meanwhile,the establishment of FTA has brought unprecedented opportunities for the development of Bohai rim economic zone. This paper analyzes the development characteristics,predicts development trends based on the GTAP model and gives solutions on industrial restructuring and economic development planning of Bohai rim region according to economic relations between China and South Korea FTA and the Bohai rim region.
