烟草秸秆生物有机肥产业化绿色发展的现状与策略

Status quo and development strategy of green development of tobacco stalks organic fertilizer industrialization

绿色发展既是我国当前转变经济发展方式的主要途径,也是推动烟草产业发展的重要理念。近年来,湖北省烟草公司恩施州公司成功利用烟草秸秆废弃物研制出了烟草秸秆生物有机肥并在本区域内广泛推广,有效地解决了烟区环境污染、资源浪费等问题,取得了良好的社会、生态与经济效益。推动烟草秸秆生物有机肥产业化是加强农业生态治理的主要途径,符合当前我国绿色发展方向。本文在对恩施州烟草秸秆生物有机肥产业化调研基础上,围绕烟草秸秆生物有机肥产业化的意义、制约因素及发展建议三个方面进行论述,旨在为发展烟草秸秆综合利用的绿色产业提供可借鉴模式和有益参考。

Green development is not only the main method for transforming economic growth mode, but also an important driving force for tobacco development. Biological organic fertilizer was developed by Hubei Enshi prefectural tobacco company and widely applied in the tobacco growing areas, which had solved such problems as environmental pollution, and resources waste, and achieved well social, ecological and economic benefits. Promoting industrialization of tobacco stalks organic fertilizer is the main method for strengthening agricultural ecological control, and is in accordance with the concept of green development in China. This paper introduced the industrialization situation of tobacco stalks organic fertilizer in Enshi, and discussed the significance, restrictive factors and suggestions for tobacco stalks organic fertilizer industrialization. It would offer useful reference for the green development of overall utilization of tobacco stalks.
