摘要
针对目前电动钻机中动力机组在现场钻井作业时不能充分发挥其能力而导致耗能较大的实际现状,提出并讨论研究了能够解决该问题的系统装置即"机组能源管理系统"。该系统能够实时监测柴油发电机组的运行状况,对运行参数进行集中管理和后台处理,并采用辅助发电机与主机组并网调峰,合理调配动力配置,实现了发电机组经济投切,提高了动力设备的使用效率。同时,系统使用用电设备快速平稳减载技术保证了设备的安全平稳运行,提高了工作效能,最终达到了节能降耗的目的。
Aiming at the actual situation that the current electric drilling rig can't reach the designed full capacity when conducting the drilling operations at the site and can lead to greater loss for the energy,the "Unit Energy Management System"is developed to solve the problems. The system can do real-time monitoring for the operating conditions of the diesel generator sets,can do centralized management and backstage processing for the parameters.The system can do reasonable allocation for the power configuration by adjusting the network peaking value of the auxiliary generator set and the host,and thus to achieve the economic running of the generators and to improve the working efficiency of the power equipments. Moreover,the system uses the rapid-smooth load-reducing technology to ensure the safe and smooth operation of the equipments,and improve the efficiency and performance of the equipments,also achieves the purpose of energy saving.
