摘要
某电厂一期工程2×1000MW超临界燃煤发电机组使用SID-2FY智能复用型同期装置作为发电机同期并网装置。在DCS上进行同期并网操作时,存在同期装置难以捕捉允许频差值,机组投运初期经常发生同期并网失败等问题。对同期并网装置参数、控制回路、DCS逻辑进行分析,经过系统参数调整,提出了行之有效的改进方案,解决了上述问题。该方法有效地缩短了同期并网时间,值得推广、借鉴。
The first-stage project 2 ×1000MW ultra supercritical coal-fired generating sets of China Resources Power(Haifeng) Co.,Ltd.,take SID-2FY intelligent multiplexing synchronization device as its power-grid synchronizing device. The synchronization failure always happens during its initial operation especially when operating on the DCS because of the capture failure of the allowable frequency difference value. By analyzing the parameters,the control circuit and the DCS logic,the effective schemes and improved technical solutions are presented,which can solve the problems successfully. The scheme and solution can shorten the synchronizing time effectively and has practical application value.
