国有企业改革虽然取得了一定成绩，但并从未根本上解决效益低下的状况，国有企业困境的根源在于相当大比例的国有企业滞留于市场有效区域。

Although the reformation of state-owned enterprises has made great progress ,the problem of lower efficiency still remains unsovled in its root. So the thesis raises a new point that the main reason of state-owned enterprises'plight lies in that large proportion of state-owned enterprises wanders in the market effective areas. Based on the analysis,some pieces of suggestion are given in order to make the state-owned enterprises out of plight
