中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值和妇科系统恶性肿瘤患者预后关系的研究进展

Relationship Between Neutrophil to Lymphocyte Ratio and Prognosis of Patients with Gynecological Cancer

大量流行病学研究已经证实炎症与多种肿瘤有关,炎性反应对肿瘤的发展尤其是对肿瘤的侵袭、转移有一定促进作用。目前中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值已被认为是影响肿瘤患者预后的独立因素之一。文章对中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值对妇科常见恶性肿瘤患者预后的评估价值进行了阐述。

The relationship between tumor and inflammation has been noticed for a long time,inflammatory reaction may promote the development,invasion and metastasis of malignant tumor.Neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio（NLR） is an indicator of immune activities,which has been considered as one of the independent factors affecting the prognosis of cancer patients. In this article,the relationship of NLR with prognosis of patients with gynecologic malignant tumors is reviewed.
