Development Problems of Chinese Small Towns

通过对近年来我国有关小城镇发展的政策进行分析和评估，提出小城镇发展的理论支持和重点，并对小城镇的规划和建设提出了一些建议。

This thesis analyzes and evaluates the policies about towns and their practice in China, the thesis sums up theories supporting the development of small towns,emphasizes key problems worth attention and discusses policies that help to solve problems arising in the developing process.At last,the thesis gives some suggestions on the programming and construction of small towns.
