正畸和修复联合治疗牙缺损伴牙颌畸形

Combined treatment of orthodontics and repair on tooth defect and malocclusion

目的：探讨临床有效治疗牙缺损伴牙颌畸形患者的理想方法，为牙缺损伴牙颌畸形的临床诊治提供借鉴。方法选取临床收治的牙缺损伴牙颌畸形患者108例，根据患者临床治疗方式的差异，将其分成研究组（正畸和修复联合治疗）和对照组（单纯修复治疗），每组54例。观察并比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、牙齿咬牙合度、牙齿整齐度和临床满意度。结果研究组临床治疗优良率、牙齿咬牙合良好率和牙齿整齐度、临床总满意度均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论采用正畸和修复联合治疗牙缺损伴牙颌畸形的临床效果显著，与单纯修复治疗方法比较患者的临床治疗效果、牙齿咬牙合度、牙齿整齐度和临床满意度水平均得到了显著改善，正畸和修复联合治疗方法是临床治疗牙缺损伴牙颌畸形的理想方式之一。

Objective To investigate the ideal method for clinical treatment in patients with tooth defect and malocclusion,to＆amp;nbsp;provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of tooth defect and malocclusion. Methods One hundred and eight patients with tooth defect and malocclusion were selected and divided into the research group（ combined treatment of orthodontics and repair ）and the control group（ simple repair treatment ）, with 54 cases in each group. The clinical effect,degree of dental occlusion,degree of the tooth uniformi-ty and the clinical satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared. Results The excellent and good rate,the excellent and good rate of dental occlusion and tooth uniformity and the clinical satisfaction in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were significant（ all P﹤0.05 ）. Conclusions The clinical effect of combined treatment of orthodontics and repair of tooth defect and malocclusion is remarkable. Compared with the simple repair treatment,the clinical effect, degree of dental occlusion,degree of the tooth uniformity and the clinical satisfaction are improved signifi-cantly . So the combined treatment of orthodontics and repair is an ideal way for clinical treatment of tooth defect with tooth and malocclusion.
