促红细胞生成素对缺氧缺血性脑病患儿血清NSE、S-100B水平的影响及作用机制研究 被引量:15

摘要 目的:探讨缺氧缺血性脑病患儿进行促红细胞生成素治疗对血清S-100B、NSE表达水平的影响及作用机制。方法:收集缺氧缺血性脑病患儿100例,根据随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各50例。研究组进行促红细胞生成素治疗,对照组进行胞二磷胆碱治疗,两组均治疗1周。比较两组治疗后的临床效果及治疗前后的血清S-100B、NSE表达水平情况。结果:研究组的临床有效率97.14%,对照组治疗有效率82.86%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义;两组治疗后的血清S-100B、NSE表达水平均有改善,但研究组治疗后的血清S-100B、NSE表达水平显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:缺氧缺血性脑病患儿进行促红细胞生成素治疗,可显著改善患儿的血清S-100B、NSE表达水平,两项指标有助于缺氧缺血性脑病患儿的早期诊断及病情评估,需动态监测。 Objective:To study the effect and mechanism of erythropoietin on the expression of S-100 B and NSE in patients with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.Methods:100patients with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy were randomly divided into study group and control group,50 cases in each group.The study group was treated with erythropoietin,and the control group was treated with citicoline,the two groups were treated for 1weeks,the clinical effect of the two groups were compared,and the expression level of S-100 Band NSE were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical effective rate of the study group was 97.14%,the control group was 82.86%,the difference was statistically significant;the expression of S-100 Band NSE in the two groups were improved,but the expression level of S-100 Band NSE in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Conclusion:The treatment of erythropoietin in patients with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy can significantly improve serum S-100 Band NSE levels,and the two indexes are helpful to the early diagnosis and assessment of the patients with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.
